Delivery, Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Delivery Policy:

  1. Delivery Timeline:
    • Products will be delivered within 1 – 5 calendar days. The estimated time of delivery will be provided after your order is successfully placed.

Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellation of Order:

    • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order only if the product has not yet been shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
    • To cancel, contact us at 9890036028 or email us at sales@vedabyte.com with your order ID.
    • In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to the following reasons:
      • Product out of stock.
      • Incorrect pricing or description.
      • Payment fraud suspicion.
      • Incorrect or incomplete buyer’s address.
  2. Return Conditions:

    • New Products: Must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt.
    • Open Box & Pre-Owned Products: Can be returned within 15 working days if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
    • Return Process:
      • Request a return via admin@vedabyte.com. A customer service executive will assist you with the process.
      • After verification, we will arrange a pickup and perform a Quality Check (QC) on the returned product.
      • A refund will be initiated after successful QC verification.
  3. Conditions for Return/Replacement:

    • Wrong Product: Incorrect size, color, or style.
    • Defective Product: Manufacturing defects or functional issues (not covered by manufacturer warranty).
    • Damaged Product: If the product is physically damaged or tampered with during delivery.
    • Wrong Quantity: Missing items/parts.
  4. Conditions Where Returns/Replacement Are Not Accepted:

    • If the product is altered or used after delivery without prior intimation.
    • If the product is returned without original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
    • If the serial number is tampered with.
    • For products under manufacturer warranty or labeled AS-IS.
    • For returns reported after 7 working days.
    • Products sold as promotions or samples are non-returnable.
  5. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or to a bank account provided by you.
    • Refunds will be completed within 15 working days from the notification date.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or dead on arrival (DOA).
    • Damaged or Incorrect Products: Contact Customer Care at 9890036028 within 2 working days for a possible refund.
    • Refund Denial: Refund requests may be denied if:
      • The product is damaged due to improper use by the buyer.
      • Items are missing from the original packaging/order delivered to the buyer.
