Delivery, Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At Vedabyte Innovations, we aim to make high-end technology accessible and risk-free. Our policies are designed to be fair to both the user and the business, ensuring you never feel “stuck” with a purchase.

1. Delivery Policy

  • Nagpur Local: Same-day or next-day delivery for orders within Nagpur city limits.

  • Pan-India Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours via premium partners (Delhivery/BlueDart).

  • Timeline: Expect delivery within 3–7 business days for outstation orders. A tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp/Email immediately upon dispatch.

2. Cancellation Policy

    • Before Shipment: 100% refund if the order is cancelled before it leaves our Nagpur studio.

    • After Shipment: If you cancel while the product is in transit, the two-way shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

3. 15-Day "Peace of Mind" Replacement

    • If you encounter any technical hardware issues within the first 15 days:

      • Zero-Cost Replacement: We will replace your unit with the same or an equivalent model.

      • Logistics: Vedabyte covers 100% of the shipping costs for replacements within this 15-day window.

4. 15-Day Refund Policy (Usage-Based)

    • We offer a flexible refund window for “Change of Mind” or “General Dissatisfaction.” To prevent the misuse of enterprise hardware as a rental service, the following structure applies:

      • The 48-Hour Window: 100% Refund of the product value if the return is initiated within 48 hours of delivery/purchase.

      • Day 3 to Day 15 (Usage Charge): A nominal usage fee of ₹90 per day will be deducted from the refund amount, calculated from Day 1.

      • Outstation Logic: For customers outside Nagpur, the “Usage Clock” starts on the day of Delivery and stops on the day of Pickup/Dispatch. Transit time is not charged.

      • Logistics Deduction: For all outstation refunds, the actual two-way shipping costs (Original Delivery + Return Pickup) will be deducted from the final refund.

5. Return Conditions

For a return or refund to be valid:

  1. Seal Integrity: The Vedabyte Warranty Seal on the bottom/chassis of the laptop must be 100% intact and untampered.

  2. Physical Condition: The device must be in the same cosmetic condition as delivered. Any new scratches, dents, or liquid damage will void the return.

  3. Accessories: The original charger and any bundled accessories must be returned.

  4. Unboxing Proof: For outstation orders, we highly recommend an unboxing video to protect you against shipping-related damage claims.

6. Refund Processing

  • Quality Check (QC): Refunds are processed only after the device reaches our Nagpur studio and passes a hardware integrity check.

  • Timeline: Once approved, the refund will be credited to your bank account or original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These policies and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this website, purchase of products (including refurbished laptops), or warranty services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. By using this website or purchasing our products, you hereby waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
