Vedabyte Innovations is not responsible for any loss of data, software, or information stored on a device purchased from us or sent to us for service/repair.
Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to maintain regular backups. We strongly recommend backing up all data before sending a device to our Nagpur studio for warranty or repair.
3. Third-Party Software & Battery Life
Software: We do not provide warranties for third-party software, Operating System (OS) glitches, or virus-related issues.
Battery: Batteries are consumable items. While we guarantee a minimum backup threshold (typically 80%+ health) at the time of sale, their long-term life depends on user charging habits and is covered only under our specific 90-day replacement window.
