Service & Support: How It Works
At Vedabyte, we know that high-end enterprise laptops occasionally need a “tune-up.” Whether you are in Nagpur or anywhere else in India, our service process is designed to get you back to work as quickly as possible.
Step 1: The Remote Diagnostic (WhatsApp First)
Before you pack your laptop, we start with a virtual check.
What to do: Message us on WhatsApp at +91-98900 36028 or +91-9637016699.
What to send: Your Order ID and a 30-second video showing the issue (e.g., the laptop not turning on, a screen flicker, or a specific error message).
The Result: 40% of issues are software-related and can be fixed right then and there via video call instructions!
Step 2: Logistics & Pickup
If our engineers confirm a hardware fault, we initiate the repair process.
Local (Nagpur): Simply walk into our studio at Hudkeshwar Rd during business hours (11 AM – 8 PM). Most minor repairs are done same-day.
Pan-India: We will generate a shipping label for you via Delhivery or BlueDart.
First 90 Days: Pickup and Drop are 100% Free.
Day 91–365: We split the logistics cost 50/50.
Step 4: The Repair & Testing (SLA)
Once your laptop reaches our Nagpur studio:
Timeline: Repairs typically take 3 to 7 working days.
Quality Check: Every repaired unit undergoes a “25-Point Stress Test” (including battery health and thermal checks) before it is cleared for return.
Step 5: Return Delivery
We will notify you once the repair is complete.
For shared-cost cases, the tracking ID will be shared immediately upon payment of the 50% logistics share.
Your laptop is delivered back to your doorstep, ready to go!
